How the Concrete Calculator works
For a slab, Yardaris converts thickness from inches to feet, multiplies length × width × thickness to get cubic feet, then divides by 27 for cubic yards. Waste/overrun is applied after the geometric volume. Estimated full truckloads are rounded up from the exact order quantity divided by the truck capacity you enter.
